Cédric Grandperret


Renowned for his respect for secular know-how as well as for a creativity that never spares innovative processes, requested by the most prestigious brands of fine watchmaking, Cédric Grandperret has mastered all the cogs of time for more than twenty years. His interest in micromechanics and aesthetics pushed him towards Switzerland and watchmaking, a perfect combination of his passions. He then spent a year at the La Chaux-de-Fonds school, three more at the Geneva watchmaking school, another at the International Watchmaking Museum. The prestigious Swiss watchmaker repairer-repairer diploma just obtained, it is requested by the company Chopard, which wishes to become a manufacture. It was the start of a career as a goldsmith in movements, minute repetitions and other tourbillons. In 2001, Cédric GRANDPERRET created Magma Concept, a company with 23 employees, a service provider in the field of watchmaking. From 2003 to 2011, he was a subcontractor for tourbillons, a more complicated mechanism than what is usually done with watches, but much more efficient. In the meantime, he became technical director of the Hublot company which developed the famous Big Bang watch… Today, an independent watchmaker-manufacturer, he continues to advise major brands and carry out repairs, for individuals and for after-sales service centers. - multi-brand sales.

Sidney Govou

Sidney Govou is a French international footballer playing as an attacking midfielder. Trained at the Olympique Lyonnais, he donned the OL tunic for the first time as a professional in 1999. In eleven seasons spent under the OL colors, he won the French Championship seven times, two cups national and four Champions Trophies. In 2011, after a year of exile in Greece at Panathinaikos, he joined the squad of Evian Thonon Gaillard. Three years later he joined the Chasselay MDA, an amateur club playing in the CFA. Along with his club career, he will be selected several times for the France A team throughout his career. Today he is a sports consultant, specialized in football for the CANAL + channel and invests in several business and association projects.

From the age of 7, Christian already loved to practice in his parents' kitchens. When at 11, his uncle offered him "La Cuisine du Marché" by Paul Bocuse, Christian understood that a vocation was born: he would be a cook. At 16 he obtained his culinary degree, and became "Meilleur Apprenti de France" at 17. From starred restaurants to the homes of great chefs (including Paul Bocuse, Georges Blanc and even the French presidential kitchens of the Elysée), He forges his experience and his sensitivity. In 1986 Christian decided to open his own establishment,  in LYON center. The address becomes essential in LYON, and the chef's efforts are rewarded by obtaining the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1996, then by 1 Macaron by the Michelin Guide in 2000. In March 2010 and after 7 years working on the project is a new adventure that begins in "Antiquaille" on the site of "Fourvière" hill in LYON. Christian Têtedoie is also involved in the promotion and promotion of French gastronomy around the world. He was thus appointed in early 2011 to the presidency of the most important association of Chefs, that of the Master Chefs of France.
